On a recent trip to Antarctica through Quark Expeditions, passenger Neal Piper took a photo of "Breeding Penguins" that has been selected as a top 10 finalist in the Smithsonian Photo Competition. The judges looked through over 37,600 photo submissions from photographers in 112 countries to find their 50 finalists. - way to go Neal!
